What is Outlook?

OUTLOOK (part of Lifeline) provides opportunities for adults (19+) in Manchester to discover new talents, skills and activities and explore employment and training options. We are a service for people who are in treatment, on a reduction programme or recently detoxed from Class A drugs and who are ready to make changes. Our service users will have a measure of stability and a commitment to move forward.

Who are we?

OUTLOOK aims to provide a flexible, accessible and attractive service that will engage with and retain service users, who have been disadvantaged/socially excluded as a result of their drug use. Providing an opportunity to maximize skills and potential for living drug free lives.

What do we do?

We offer a range of leisure, recreational and educational activities designed to help develop skills, confidence, self-esteem and motivation. We link with other agencies who will help with housing, basic skills and benefits.

Outlook focused on my needs as the service fitted to me rather than me fitting the service. - Chris
