Thank you for such a warm welcome that day
When I first walked in outlook to see
That the people in here had all given their time
They were all working hard just for me

Then a man did approach in a nice friendly way
He said 'hi' my name;s iain how d'ya do'
And he told me that outlook was set up to try
To help people with problems like you

We will set you a plan of your aims and your goals
This will all be put down in your file
And although the important things matter
Take your time and have fun for while

So through outlook I now attend groups once a week
I do drama and art class as well
I will soon have a job and a flat of my own
I'll have such a great story to tell

But wherever I go I'll remember the way
Back to key street to leslie and crew
For it's to this great team I pay homage
And I just want to say I
