Monday 10am–4pm Counselling – By appointment. Counselling is providing the members with a non-judgemental safe therapeutic environment to understand and explore their thoughts and feelings. Counsellors can help the members to work through unresolved past or present issues. Outlook offers both Person Centred and Integrative counselling.
10.30am–12.30pm Crafts & card making
1pm–4pm MDS Care Manager – By appointment. Offers support to Manchester residents over the age of 18+ who are experiencing difficulties as a result of their substance misuse. People referred to this service will be offered a specialist community care assessment. Some drug services in Manchester can only be accessed if specific needs are highlighted within these assessments
1pm–3.30pm MAES Basic Computers
Tuesday 10am–4pm Introduction to Outlook – a chance for new people to find out about OUTLOOK - ring for Information

Complementary Therapy – Book an appointment. We offer a range of complementary therapies, the most popular being massage. Members can access these services, by appointment, through their key workers. An initial consultation, with the therapist may be needed to address a members particular needs where other therapies can be suggested such a reiki, head massage.
10am–3pm Health Trainers (Motivating people to lead a Healthier Lifestyle) – 1 to 1 session by appointment
10am-4pm Outlook Members group (every 2 weeks) – Have your input into the development of the Outlook Project - meets fortnightly
1.30pm–3.30pm Garden Project – The group has started transforming the garden in the car park area. Come and help every Tuesday
10am–4pm Counselling – By appointment
1.30pm-3.30pm Guitar Lessons (Every 2 weeks)
Wednesday 2pm–4pm Gym Group Session – After 1st Review with caseworker and gym induction

Maintenance Course for the more advanced student
  The Retro Film Club – last Wednesday of each month

Housing officer is at Outlook every Thursday and can be seen by appointment or see your caseworker who can arrange for the housing officer to see you on another day convenient to you

Monday–Friday 10am–4pm Internet Café – Book time on a computer. Free access. Surf the net, type your CV, Job Search. Practice new computer skills
